对加筋舱壁结构、平板夹芯舱壁结构以及蜂窝夹芯舱壁结构在高速破片侵彻作用下的抗侵彻性能进行数值仿真研究。分别对3种舱壁结构在侵彻作用下的动态响应进行分析,得到3种舱壁结构抗侵彻过程中的变形能,以及破片穿透3种舱壁结构后的剩余动能。计算结果表明:高速破片穿透加筋舱壁结构以及平板夹芯舱壁结构后仍具有较强杀伤力,因而需要改良舱壁结构,以更有效地抵御高速破片的冲击。蜂窝夹芯舱壁结构的抗侵彻性能高于加筋舱壁结构及平板夹芯舱壁结构。
對加觔艙壁結構、平闆夾芯艙壁結構以及蜂窩夾芯艙壁結構在高速破片侵徹作用下的抗侵徹性能進行數值倣真研究。分彆對3種艙壁結構在侵徹作用下的動態響應進行分析,得到3種艙壁結構抗侵徹過程中的變形能,以及破片穿透3種艙壁結構後的剩餘動能。計算結果錶明:高速破片穿透加觔艙壁結構以及平闆夾芯艙壁結構後仍具有較彊殺傷力,因而需要改良艙壁結構,以更有效地牴禦高速破片的遲擊。蜂窩夾芯艙壁結構的抗侵徹性能高于加觔艙壁結構及平闆夾芯艙壁結構。

In order to find out a new bulkhead structure to effectively fight against the impact of high speed fragment, we have conducted numerical simulation study on stiffened bulkhead structure, flat sandwich bulkhead structure and honeycomb sandwich bulkhead structure. By analyzing the performance of high speed fragment penetrating bulkhead structures, we could get deformation energy of bulkhead and kinetic energy of fragment from these processes. It indicates that there still is much of energy after high speed fragment went through stiffened bulkhead structure and flat sandwich bulkhead structure. And honeycomb sandwich bulkhead structure is much more able to fight against the impact of high speed fragment.
