介绍了微米木纤维滤芯模压机液压系统的工作循环过程。根据液压系统的工作原理,利用AMESim与MATLAB/Simulink进行联合仿真,并采用模糊PID控制算法改善微米木纤维滤芯模压机液压系统的控制性能。结果表明:优化后的液压系统模生产出的微米木纤维滤芯之间的长度误差可控制在1 mm以内,满足微米木纤维滤芯的生产要求。

The action recycle of micron wood fiber filter molding machine?s hydraulic system was introduced. Co?simulation was conducted by AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink according to the principle of hydraulic system. And the molding machine?s control per?formance was improved greatly by using fuzzy PID control algorithm. The results show that the length error of micron wood fiber filter between each other, which produced after optimization of the hydraulic modeling system, is controlled within 1 mm, which meets pro?duction requirement.
