以方块地毯包装机中的自动包装部分为研究对象,介绍了自动包箱的结构和气动系统;论述了运动特性、工艺流程对包装性能和包装效率的影响,分析了并发运行对系统工作压力的影响。结果表明:合理的工艺流程可以减少工作周期,提高生产效率;增加贮能器能消除并发运行对系统工作压力的影响,可以保证连续、稳定的气流输出。
以方塊地毯包裝機中的自動包裝部分為研究對象,介紹瞭自動包箱的結構和氣動繫統;論述瞭運動特性、工藝流程對包裝性能和包裝效率的影響,分析瞭併髮運行對繫統工作壓力的影響。結果錶明:閤理的工藝流程可以減少工作週期,提高生產效率;增加貯能器能消除併髮運行對繫統工作壓力的影響,可以保證連續、穩定的氣流輸齣。

To study the automatic packaging section in square carpet machines, the structure and pneumatic system were intro?duced. The performance and packaging efficiency based on motion characteristics and process of packaging were analyzed. The impacts of operating concurrently on system working pressure were investigated. The results demonstrated that the reasonable process can reduce the cycle of working and improve the production efficiency;increasing the suitable energy storage device can eliminate the influence of working pressure in concurrent operation system, which can guarantee a continuous and stable output of air.
