通过关节臂测量机对钣金零件模型进行扫描得到其点云数据,将点云数据导入逆向软件中,经过点处理、多边形处理、参数化设计得到钣金零件的NURBS曲面,最后再经过正向软件的修改得到相对质量较高、符合零件本身特性和设计思想的理想曲面。通过实例验证了采用参数化技术可以还原零件数据的设计需求,以提高设计效率。

The point cloud data of the metal plate parts were obtained by using the articulated arm scanner system. The point cloud data were imported into the reverse software. Through point cloud processing, polygon processing and parameterization design, NURBS surface of the parts was constructed. Finally, the surface model was modified in forward software to get an ideal surface, with relatively higher quality and more fitting its features and original design ideas. By experiments, it is verified that the design requirement of date revert to original parts can be met by using the parameterization technology, so as to improve design efficiency.
