以某矿用自卸车断开式转向梯形机构为例,利用Matlab软件对转向机构进行优化设计,并依据优化结果对关键部件进行强度校核。通过对比优化前后的转角关系曲线,结果表明优化后的转向机构在转向时左右车轮转角更加符合理论转角关系。现场转向试验验证了优化结果的正确性,使车辆转弯时车轮作无滑动的纯滚动运动。
以某礦用自卸車斷開式轉嚮梯形機構為例,利用Matlab軟件對轉嚮機構進行優化設計,併依據優化結果對關鍵部件進行彊度校覈。通過對比優化前後的轉角關繫麯線,結果錶明優化後的轉嚮機構在轉嚮時左右車輪轉角更加符閤理論轉角關繫。現場轉嚮試驗驗證瞭優化結果的正確性,使車輛轉彎時車輪作無滑動的純滾動運動。

Using disconnected steering trapezoid mechanism of mining dump truck as an example , the steering mechanism was optimized by the Matlab software . According to the results of optimization, intensity check of key parts were made. By comparing the angle curve of optimization, the results show that the steering structure makes wheels turning angle more in line with the theory. The va?lidity of the optimization results were tested after turning test when turning the vehicle wheels to be non?slip pure rolling motion.
