基于模态分析理论,应用锤击法对机床进给系统进行了实验模态分析。研究了该机床进给系统的动态特性,获得了该机床进给系统的固有频率、阻尼比和模态振型。通过对机床进给系统各阶模态振型的分析,找到了结构的薄弱环节,并为进行机构优化设计提出了改进措施。

Based on the modal analysis theory, the experimental modal analysis of the machine tool feed system was made by u?sing hammer?hitting method. Dynamic characteristics of the machine tool feed system were studied, and its natural frequencies, damper ratios and mode shape were also obtained. Through analysis of the mode shape of feed system at each stage, its structural weaker parts are found, and the suggestion of improvement is provided for the optimization design of structure.
