目的：探讨颅脑外伤后低钠血症与脑钠素、抗利尿激素和醛固酮的关系及其发病机制。方法测定42例颅脑损伤患者伤后第1、5、7、10天不同时间点血钠、尿钠、脑钠素、抗利尿激素和醛固酮的浓度。结果15例患者（44.1％）出现低钠血症，较无低钠血症者血醛固酮浓度显著降低，抗利尿激素浓度显著升高。结论低钠血症的发生与醛固酮分泌减少、抗利尿激素分泌增加有关。
목적：탐토로뇌외상후저납혈증여뇌납소、항이뇨격소화철고동적관계급기발병궤제。방법측정42례로뇌손상환자상후제1、5、7、10천불동시간점혈납、뇨납、뇌납소、항이뇨격소화철고동적농도。결과15례환자（44.1％）출현저납혈증，교무저납혈증자혈철고동농도현저강저，항이뇨격소농도현저승고。결론저납혈증적발생여철고동분비감소、항이뇨격소분비증가유관。
Objective To explore the relationship between hyponatremia and serum brain natriuretic peptide ,antidiuretic hormone and aldosterone after traumatic brain injury.Methods The brain natriuretic peptide ,antidiuretic hormone and aldoste‐rone levels of 42 patients with brain injury were measured at the 1st、5th、7th、and 10th day after injury.Results 15 patients (44.1% ) had hyponatremia.These patients had lower aldosterone and higher vasopressin than patients without hyperlipi‐demia.Conclusion Hyponatremia is related to reduced aldosterone secretion and increased antidiuretic hormone.
