目的:探讨血浆生长分化因子15(GDF‐15)与急性脑梗死患者临床预后的关系。方法选择102例入住我院神经内科的急性脑梗死患者,发病6 h~7 d内抽取血液标本,放免法测定GDF‐15,分别在7 d和90 d采用改良的Rankin评分(mRS)对神经系统进行评估,将评估结果分为有利(mRS 0或1)或不利(mRS>1)两种。结果症状发作6 h后GDF‐15浓度明显升高,7 d后开始降低。mRS>1的患者第7天和第90天GDF‐15浓度明显高于mRS 0或1的患者。逻辑回归分析发现,发病后6 h~7 d ,患者的GDF‐15浓度与第7~90天的mRS评分有关。结论急性脑梗死患者血浆GDF‐15浓度升高,可作为神经功能预后的生物标志物。

목적:탐토혈장생장분화인자15(GDF‐15)여급성뇌경사환자림상예후적관계。방법선택102례입주아원신경내과적급성뇌경사환자,발병6 h~7 d내추취혈액표본,방면법측정GDF‐15,분별재7 d화90 d채용개량적Rankin평분(mRS)대신경계통진행평고,장평고결과분위유리(mRS 0혹1)혹불리(mRS>1)량충。결과증상발작6 h후GDF‐15농도명현승고,7 d후개시강저。mRS>1적환자제7천화제90천GDF‐15농도명현고우mRS 0혹1적환자。라집회귀분석발현,발병후6 h~7 d ,환자적GDF‐15농도여제7~90천적mRS평분유관。결론급성뇌경사환자혈장GDF‐15농도승고,가작위신경공능예후적생물표지물。
Objective To invesitgate the relationship of plasma growth differentiation factor 15 (DDF‐15) expression level and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected to detect GDF‐15 expression level by the immunoradiometric assay (at 6 h and 7 d after symp‐tom onset) ,and to evaluate nervous system condition by the modified Rankin scale(mRS)(at 7 d and 9 d after symptom onset).The evaluated results of patients were classified as favorable results (mRS score 0 or 1) and unfavorable results (mRS score>1).Results The expression level of GDF‐15 increased significantly at 6 h after symptom onset and declined at 7 d. The GDF‐15 level of patients with mRS score >1 was higher than that of patients with mRS score 0 or 1. The GDF‐15 level of patients at 6 h and 7d after symptom onset was correlated with the mRS scores at 7 and 9 days.Conclusion The serum increased GDF‐15 level is considered as biomarkers to predict the prognosis of neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
