目的：探讨早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗脑动脉瘤破裂出血的疗效。方法82例脑动脉瘤患者蛛网膜下腔出血后，行早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗，对患者预后及治疗效果进行分析。结果按 Hunt‐Hess分级，1例为 Hunt‐Hess Ⅲ级，3例为Hunt‐Hess Ⅳ级，1例为 Hunt‐HessⅤ级。HuntⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级组患者早期手术治疗的效果明显优于Ⅳ组。结论对于脑动脉瘤破裂出血的患者，应采取早期显微手术夹闭治疗。
목적：탐토조기현미수술협폐류경치료뇌동맥류파렬출혈적료효。방법82례뇌동맥류환자주망막하강출혈후，행조기현미수술협폐류경치료，대환자예후급치료효과진행분석。결과안 Hunt‐Hess분급，1례위 Hunt‐Hess Ⅲ급，3례위Hunt‐Hess Ⅳ급，1례위 Hunt‐HessⅤ급。HuntⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ급조환자조기수술치료적효과명현우우Ⅳ조。결론대우뇌동맥류파렬출혈적환자，응채취조기현미수술협폐치료。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of early microsurgical clipping of aneurysm operation on treating patients with cerebral aneurysm rupture.Methods 82 patients with cerebral aneurysm rupture were treated with early micro‐surgical clipping of aneurysm operation. The prognosis and curative effect of patients were compared.Results There were 1 case of Hunt‐Hess Grade Ⅲ ,3 cases of Hunt‐Hess Grade Ⅳ and 1 case of Hunt‐Hess Grade V. The curative effects of Hunt GradeⅠ ,Ⅱand Ⅲ patients with operation treatment were better than Hunt GradeⅣ.Conclusion Patients with cerebral aneu‐rysm rupture should be treated with early microsurgical clipping of aneurysm operation.
