目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs‐CRP)与老年脑梗死的相关性。方法选取82例老年脑梗死患者和80例健康志愿者,采用循环酶法及免疫透射比浊法测定血浆 Hcy及hs‐CRP水平。结果老年脑梗死组Hcy及hs‐CRP检测结果均高于健康志愿者,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。神经功能中度损伤组Hcy及hs‐CRP检测结果高于轻度损伤组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度损伤组 Hcy及hs‐CRP检测结果高于中度损伤组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分表明 Hcy及hs‐CRP检测结果与脑梗死不同神经功能缺损程度组间呈正相关性(r=0.89、0.78,P<0.05)。结论血浆Hcy及hs‐CRP水平与脑梗死患者神经功能的损伤程度呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the correlation of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and high‐sensitivity C‐reactive protein (hs‐CRP) with elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The plasma Hcy and hs‐CRP of 82 elderly patients with cer‐ebral infarction and 80 healthy volunteers were determinated by the enzymatic cycling and immune turbidimetric method. Results The plasma Hcy and hs‐CRP of elderly patients with cerebral infarction were higher than these of healthy volunteers. The heavier the neurological function impairment was, the higher the plasma Hcy and hs‐CRP was. Pearson correlation points indi‐cated that the Hcy and hs‐CRP level had positive correlation with the neurological function deficit degree of elderly patients with cerebral infarction (r=0.89, 0.78, P<0.05). Conclusion The Hcy and hs‐CRP level had positive correlation with the neuro‐logical function deficit degree of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
