目的:探讨磁共振在小肝癌诊断中的价值,总结小肝癌磁共振的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析经临床及病理证实的32例患者磁共振检查影像学资料,分析其平扫及动态增强表现。结果32例患者共发现34个病灶,17个病灶见假包膜形成。 T1加权像(T1WI)发现病灶23个,其中18个病灶呈略低信号,5个病灶呈略高信号,13个病灶见假包膜形成;T2加权像( T2WI)发现病灶30个,均呈稍高信号;动态增强扫描共发现病灶34个,有32个病灶动脉期强化,其中27个动脉期强化最明显,呈快进快出表现,5个病灶门脉期强化最明显,病理检查为高分化小肝癌。结论磁共振多序列成像在小肝癌的检出及早期诊断中起重要作用,并在一定程度上反映病灶的分化程度。

목적:탐토자공진재소간암진단중적개치,총결소간암자공진적영상학표현。방법회고성분석경림상급병리증실적32례환자자공진검사영상학자료,분석기평소급동태증강표현。결과32례환자공발현34개병조,17개병조견가포막형성。 T1가권상(T1WI)발현병조23개,기중18개병조정략저신호,5개병조정략고신호,13개병조견가포막형성;T2가권상( T2WI)발현병조30개,균정초고신호;동태증강소묘공발현병조34개,유32개병조동맥기강화,기중27개동맥기강화최명현,정쾌진쾌출표현,5개병조문맥기강화최명현,병리검사위고분화소간암。결론자공진다서렬성상재소간암적검출급조기진단중기중요작용,병재일정정도상반영병조적분화정도。
Objective To investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma, summarize magnetic resonance imaging of small hepatocellular carcinoma .Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on MRI imaging dataof 32 cases of patients who were confirmed as hepatocellular carcinoma by clinical and pathological datas , analyzedthe plain and dynamic enhanced performance .Results A total of 34 lesions were found in 32 patients, fake capsule formation was found in 17 lesions.T1-weighted images ( T1WI) found 23 lesions, of which 18 lesions were slightly lower signal , five lesions were slightly hyperintense , fake capsule formation was found in 13 lesions.T2-weighted images ( T2WI) found lesions 30, showed slightly higher signal.Dynamic enhanced MRI found34lesions, there were 32 lesions in the arterial phase enhancement , of which 27 arterial strengthening were obvious , performed fast access and exit , five lesions were proved to be portal strengthening , and firmed as smallhepatocellular carcinoma through pathological examination .Conclusions Multiple sequences magnetic resonance imaging plays an important role in the early detection and diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma , and to some extent reflects the degree of differentiation of lesions .
