目的：比较术后同步放化疗与单纯化疗对局部晚期直肠癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法72例局部晚期直肠癌患者，其中观察组33例行术后同步放化疗，对照组39例行术后单纯化疗，比较两组不良反应、疗效及生活质量。结果两组患者骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应及肝肾功能损害等不良反应和生活质量评分无显著差异（P＞0．05）。观察组患者3年局部复发率、无进展生存率及生存率均有延长趋势，但差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论局部晚期直肠癌术后患者行同步放化疗是安全、可行的治疗措施，但其远期疗效有待更多大样本研究来进一步阐明。
목적：비교술후동보방화료여단순화료대국부만기직장암적림상료효급불량반응。방법72례국부만기직장암환자，기중관찰조33례행술후동보방화료，대조조39례행술후단순화료，비교량조불량반응、료효급생활질량。결과량조환자골수억제、위장도반응급간신공능손해등불량반응화생활질량평분무현저차이（P＞0．05）。관찰조환자3년국부복발솔、무진전생존솔급생존솔균유연장추세，단차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。결론국부만기직장암술후환자행동보방화료시안전、가행적치료조시，단기원기료효유대경다대양본연구래진일보천명。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and side effects of postoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment for locally advanced rectal cancer .Methods Seventy-two patients with locally advanced rectal cancer were enrolled in the present study , in which 33 patients received postoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy ( observation group ) and the others ( 39 patients ) only received postoperative chemotherapy ( control group ) .The side effects , clinical efficacy and quality of life were evaluated , and the scores were compared between the above-mentioned two groups .Results Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group showed no statistically significant difference in the rate of gastrointestinal side effects, bone marrow suppression, hepatic and/or renal dysfunction and quality of life (P>0.05).Although the differences between the two groups in the rates of 3-year local failure , progression-free survival and survival was no statically meanings, the observation group showed a little higher than the control group (P >0.05). Conclusions The concurrent chemoradiotherapy was well tolerated and demonstrated encouraging efficacy in patients with locally advanced rectal cancer .However, future studies with large sample size are needed to investigate the long-term efficacy .
