目的:探讨首发抑郁症患者血清瘦素水平及其与汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分的关系。方法选取在我院诊治的72例首发抑郁症患者为患者组,选取同期72例健康体检者为对照组,采用放射免疫方法检测两组血清瘦素水平,并采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评定患者组。结果患者组血清瘦素水平明显高于对照组,两组的差异有统计学意义(t=6.487,P<0.01)。 HAMD总分、睡眠障碍、焦虑/躯体化因子与血清瘦素水平存在一定相关关系,相关系数分别为:0.311、0.335、0.292。结论血清瘦素水平可能与首发抑郁症的发生有关,且与抑郁程度、睡眠质量、焦虑程度呈正相关。

목적:탐토수발억욱증환자혈청수소수평급기여한밀이돈억욱량표평분적관계。방법선취재아원진치적72례수발억욱증환자위환자조,선취동기72례건강체검자위대조조,채용방사면역방법검측량조혈청수소수평,병채용한밀이돈억욱량표평정환자조。결과환자조혈청수소수평명현고우대조조,량조적차이유통계학의의(t=6.487,P<0.01)。 HAMD총분、수면장애、초필/구체화인자여혈청수소수평존재일정상관관계,상관계수분별위:0.311、0.335、0.292。결론혈청수소수평가능여수발억욱증적발생유관,차여억욱정도、수면질량、초필정도정정상관。
Objective To investigate the levels of serum Leptin in patients with first-episode depression and the relationship between the levels of serum Leptin and Hamilton depression rating scale .Methods 72 patients with first-episode depression were selected in our hospital as patients group , and 72 cases of health were selected as control group .Levels of serum leptin in two groups were detected by radioimmunological analysis and patients group were assessed by Hamilton depression rating scale .Results Levels of serum leptin in patients group were obviously higher than that of control group , the differences was statistical significance ( t=6.487, P<0.01).There were certain relationship between HAMD scores , sleep disorders, anxiety/somatization factors and levels of serum leptin in patients group respectively , and the correlation coefficient were 0.311, 0.335, 0.292 respectively.Conclusions Levels of serum leptin may be associated with occurrence of first-episode depression, and there were positive correlation between levels of serum leptin and the degree of depression , sleep quality and anxiety levels.
