目的：了解临床护士针刺伤情况，探讨相应防护策略。方法采用问卷法对我院部分病区300名临床护士进行为期一年的针刺伤调查分析。结果82％的护士在过去的1年发生过针刺伤，与针刺伤有关的操作有套针帽、分离针头、处理针头等。护士在发生针刺伤后采取的主要措施是消毒伤口和挤压伤口。结论临床护士针刺伤发生率高，污染锐器处理不安全。医院管理部门应加强医护人员职业防护培训，规范医疗废物的处理等方面减低医护人员针刺伤，保障职业安全。

Objective To understand the clinical nurses needle stick injury situation , discuss the corresponding protection strategy .Methods Analyzed 300 clinical nurses by using questionnaire for a year of needle stick injuries .Results Needle stick injuries happened in 82% nurses in the past year , needle stick injuries includes the related operations , set of needle cap , separating needle , needle and so on .Major measures the nurse took in the event were to disinfect the wound after needle stick injuries and squeeze the wound .Conclusions Clinical nurses have a high incidence of needle stick injury , unsafe handle for polluted sharps . Hospital management should strengthen the education of the medical staff occupational protection , standardize medical waste treatment , to reduce staff needle stick injuries , ensure occupational safety .
