目的:探讨 RUNX3蛋白在食管正常黏膜组织以及鳞癌组织中的表达情况及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学 SP 法对 RUNX3蛋白在20例食管正常黏膜以及48例鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达进行检测。结果食管鳞状细胞癌中 RUNX3蛋白的阳性率为37.5%(18/48),明显低于正常黏膜组织中的阳性率80.0%(16/20)(P <0.05)。RUNX3蛋白表达与食管鳞状细胞癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、病理学分级以及临床分期均无明显相关性(P >0.05),然而在淋巴结转移组中 RUNX3的阳性率为15.4%(4/26),明显低于在无淋巴结转移组中 RUNX3的阳性率63.6%(14/22)(P <0.05)。结论 RUNX3蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达明显低于其在正常黏膜组织中的表达,提示 RUNX3可能与肿瘤的发生发展有关。

목적:탐토 RUNX3단백재식관정상점막조직이급린암조직중적표체정황급의의。방법채용면역조직화학 SP 법대 RUNX3단백재20례식관정상점막이급48례린상세포암조직중적표체진행검측。결과식관린상세포암중 RUNX3단백적양성솔위37.5%(18/48),명현저우정상점막조직중적양성솔80.0%(16/20)(P <0.05)。RUNX3단백표체여식관린상세포암환자적년령、성별、종류대소、병이학분급이급림상분기균무명현상관성(P >0.05),연이재림파결전이조중 RUNX3적양성솔위15.4%(4/26),명현저우재무림파결전이조중 RUNX3적양성솔63.6%(14/22)(P <0.05)。결론 RUNX3단백재식관린상세포암조직중적표체명현저우기재정상점막조직중적표체,제시 RUNX3가능여종류적발생발전유관。
Objective To investigate the expression of runt-related transcription factor 3 (RUNX3)protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods Immunohistochemistry(IHC)SP method was used to detect the expression of runt-related transcription factor 3 (RUNX3)protein in 20 cases of normal esophageal mucosa and 48 cases of ESCC tissues.Results The positive rate of RUNX3 in ESCC tissues was 37.5%(18/48),significantly lower than that in normal esophageal mucosa 80.0%(1 6/20)(P <0.05).The expression of RUNX3 had no correlation with the gender,age,clinical stage,tumor size and pathological stage of the patients.However,the positive rate of RUNX3 in the ESCC tissues with lymph node metastasis was 1 5.4% (4/26 ),prominently lower than that in the tissues without lymph node metastasis 63.6%(14/22)(P <0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of RUNX3 in ESCC was apparently lower than that in normal esophageal mucosa,suggesting that RUNX3 protein was possibly relevant to the tumorigenesis of ESCC.The decreased expression of RUNX3 in ESCC tissues with lymph node metastasis suggests that RUNX3 protein is closely associated with the invasion and metastasis of ESCC.Thus,the detection of the expression of RUNX3 possibly has an important significance in the evaluation of patients'prognosis.
