目的：探讨柔性护理在肝胆外科护理中的临床效果，并进行对比。方法：选择某院2012年5月～2013年5月对肝胆外科患者进行治疗的80例，将这80例患者随机分成实验组、对照组，每组各40例。对实验组的患者给予柔性护理，对照组只采用常规的护理方法。结果：实验组患者经过柔性护理后明显好转的有30例，有好转的8例，无明显好转的2例；对照组患者经过常规护理后明显好转的26例，有好转的8例，无明显好转的6例。经过两组患者治疗后，实验组明显优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：使用柔性护理在肝胆外科护理中的临床效果更明显，不仅肝胆外科患者的恢复率高，还明显提高护理质量，值得在临床上推广使用。
목적：탐토유성호리재간담외과호리중적림상효과，병진행대비。방법：선택모원2012년5월～2013년5월대간담외과환자진행치료적80례，장저80례환자수궤분성실험조、대조조，매조각40례。대실험조적환자급여유성호리，대조조지채용상규적호리방법。결과：실험조환자경과유성호리후명현호전적유30례，유호전적8례，무명현호전적2례；대조조환자경과상규호리후명현호전적26례，유호전적8례，무명현호전적6례。경과량조환자치료후，실험조명현우우대조조，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：사용유성호리재간담외과호리중적림상효과경명현，불부간담외과환자적회복솔고，환명현제고호리질량，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective: To study the clinical effects of integrative nursing care and make comparisons. Meth-ods: Select 80 cases of hepatobiliary surgery patients treated during May 2012~May 2013 in our hospital .Divide the 80 cases of patients into experimental group and control group, 40 cases for both. Nurse the patients with inte-grative care in experimental group and usual care in control group. Results: In experimental group ,after being nursed with integrative nursing care, 26 cases are in obvious remission ,8 cases in remission and 2 cases no im-provement. After the treatment for both group, the state of experimental group is remarkably better than that in con-trol group, which is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effects are more obvious when apply-ing integrative nursing care to hepatobiliary surgery, it would contribute to high recovery rate of hepatobiliary surgery patients and obviously improve nursing quality as well. It is worth of clinical promotion.
