目的：对比评价高密度脂蛋白胆固醇免疫分离法和化学修饰法试剂性能。方法对两种方法进行精密度、线性、干扰评价，并对二者进行相关性分析。结果两种方法精密度，线性，抗干扰都符合要求，且具有较好的相关性，免疫分离法抗干扰优于化学修饰法。结论两种测定方法皆适用于临床自动化检测。
目的：對比評價高密度脂蛋白膽固醇免疫分離法和化學脩飾法試劑性能。方法對兩種方法進行精密度、線性、榦擾評價，併對二者進行相關性分析。結果兩種方法精密度，線性，抗榦擾都符閤要求，且具有較好的相關性，免疫分離法抗榦擾優于化學脩飾法。結論兩種測定方法皆適用于臨床自動化檢測。
목적：대비평개고밀도지단백담고순면역분리법화화학수식법시제성능。방법대량충방법진행정밀도、선성、간우평개，병대이자진행상관성분석。결과량충방법정밀도，선성，항간우도부합요구，차구유교호적상관성，면역분리법항간우우우화학수식법。결론량충측정방법개괄용우림상자동화검측。
Objective To determine the comparative evaluation of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, immune separation and chemical modiifcation. Methods The evaluation of the precision of the two methods, linear evaluation, the evaluation of interference, and to analyze the correlation between the two. Results Both methods precision, linearity, interference meet the requirements, and has a good correlation, interference immunity separation method is superior to chemical modiifcation. Conclusion Both measuring methods are suitable for clinical testing.
