目的：探讨以替吉奥（S-1）为基础化疗对晚期胃癌患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院93例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表将患者分为A组、B组及C组，每组各31例。A组采用S-1治疗。B组采用S-1联合TXT（多西他塞）。C组采用S-1联合L-OHP（奥沙利铂）。对比3组临床疗效及生活质量。结果①A组有效率35.48%，B组有效率45.16%，C组54.84%；两两比较，P>0.05差异无统计学意义。②此外，三组生活质量评分比较，P>0.05，差异无统计学意义。结论应用S-1单药、S-1联合TXT、S-1联合L-OHP治疗晚期胃癌，临床疗效相当，不良反应均可耐受，且可显著改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the S-1 chemotherapy on the quality of life of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods Select 93 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer as the research object. According to random number table will be divided into group A and group B and C group, each group of 31 cases. A group was treated by S-1. Group B using S-1 joint TXT. Group C using S-1 joint L-OHP. Compared three groups of clinical curative effect and quality of life. Results ①A set of effective rate was 35.48%, B group effectiveness 45.16%, group C effective rate was 54.84%. comparison between any two, there was no statistically signiifcant difference(P>0.05).②In addition, three sets of quality of life score comparison, P>0.05, there was no statistically signiifcant difference. Conclusion Application S-1 single drug, S-1 joint TXT, S-1 joint L-OHP treatment of advanced gastric cancer, clinical efifcacy, adverse reactions can be tolerated, and can signiifcantly improve patients' quality of life.
