目的：观察鼠神经生长因子治疗重型周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法选择我科周围性面瘫住院患者中的重型患者80例，将其随机分为对照组与治疗组各40例，两组患者均同时给予针灸治疗，疗程为4周，对照组加用弥可保，治疗组加用鼠神经生长因子。观察两组患者治疗前后的症状改善情况，计算治愈率和总有效率。结果两组患者在治疗过程中均无明显不良反应。治愈率和总有效率与对照组比较，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论鼠神经生长因子对重型周围性面瘫患者的恢复疗效显著，且无不良反应。
목적：관찰서신경생장인자치료중형주위성면탄적림상료효。방법선택아과주위성면탄주원환자중적중형환자80례，장기수궤분위대조조여치료조각40례，량조환자균동시급여침구치료，료정위4주，대조조가용미가보，치료조가용서신경생장인자。관찰량조환자치료전후적증상개선정황，계산치유솔화총유효솔。결과량조환자재치료과정중균무명현불량반응。치유솔화총유효솔여대조조비교，유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론서신경생장인자대중형주위성면탄환자적회복료효현저，차무불량반응。
Objective To observe the mice nerve growth factor in treatment of heavy around the facial paralysis clinical curative effect. Method Choose my family around sexual facial paralysis, 80 patients with heavy in hospitalized patients, and randomly divided into control group and treatment group 40 cases in each, two groups of patients were given acupuncture treatment at the same time, the treatment of 4 weeks, the control group used"insurable, the treatment group used mouse nerve growth factor. The symptoms of two groups of patients before and after treatment was observed, the cure rate and total effective rate calculation. Result Two groups of patients in the process of treatment had no obvious adverse reactions. The cure rate and total effective rate compared with control group, with statistical signiifcance(P<0.05). Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor on heavy around the recovery of facial paralysis patients curative effect is distinct, and no side effects.
