目的:分析藤县2010—2013年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生特征,评价 AEFI 监测系统运行情况,评价预防接种疫苗的安全性。方法通过疑似预防接种异常反应信息管理系统,收集整理藤县2010—2013年报告疑似预防接种异常反应个案数据,采用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果全县2010—2013年共报告 AEFI 个案86例,AEFI 发生率6.34/10万,其中异常反应80例,占93.02%;一般反应5例,占5.81%,偶合反应1例,占1.16%;无疫苗质量事故、接种事故、心因性反应、不明原因、待定报告。24 h 内报告率占90.7%,及时调查率达到100%。AEFI 报告个案中<1岁儿童占94.17%,男、女比例为2.44∶1,多发生在接种15天后,没有明显的季节性、聚集性,所涉及的疫苗有8种。结论AEFI 监测系统运转正常,所使用的疫苗安全性和预防接种服务质量均良好,但监测质量有待进一步提高,需加强对一般反应的监测。

Objective To analyse the characteristics of adverse events following immunization (AEFI)in 2010 to 2013 in Tengxian,and to evaluate operation condition for monitoring system of AEFI and the safety for vaccination.Methods Through information management system,to collect reported data for AEFI cases in 2010 to 2013 in Tengxian,and analysis of the data by means of the descriptive epidemiology.Results Total of 86 AEFI cases were reported from 2010 to 2013, the incidence rate of AEFI was 6.34 /105 ,including abnormal reaction in 80 cases,accounted for 93.02%;The general reaction in 5 cases,accounted for 5.81%,the coupling reaction in 1 case,accounted for 1.16%;There was no vaccine quality accident,failure of vaccine inoculation,psychogenic reaction,unknown causes,and pending reports.The reported cases within 24 h accounted for 90.7%,and the timely investigation reached 100%.AEFI cases in less than one year old children was 94.17%,the ratio of male and female was 2.44 ∶1,AEFI occured in and more than 15 d after inoculation, and there was no obvious seasonal accumulation,involved 8 kinds of vaccines.Conclusion The AEFI monitoring system was operating in a normal mode,and the safety of vaccination and vaccination service quality was good,but the quality of monitoring needs to be further improved and the general reaction for monitoring strengthened too.
