目的:探讨门诊分时段预约挂号就诊在护理分诊管理中的应用。方法在2012年11月—2013年12月实行全预约分时段预约诊疗服务,以半小时内就诊符合率为考核管理机制成效的指标。用医院信息系统( HIS)软件计算医院每月就诊人数、总就诊符合率和各主要科室就诊符合率,计算就诊人数月增长率,并用折线图表示。结果考核期间分时段预约挂号每月就诊符合率均保持在90%以上,累计符合率达93.75%;各主要科室总就诊符合率达90.75%;且就诊符合率随每月门诊量的增长也有所提高。结论就诊符合率可作为分时段就诊的管理考核指标,缩短就诊时间,有效缓解看病难问题。

목적:탐토문진분시단예약괘호취진재호리분진관리중적응용。방법재2012년11월—2013년12월실행전예약분시단예약진료복무,이반소시내취진부합솔위고핵관리궤제성효적지표。용의원신식계통( HIS)연건계산의원매월취진인수、총취진부합솔화각주요과실취진부합솔,계산취진인수월증장솔,병용절선도표시。결과고핵기간분시단예약괘호매월취진부합솔균보지재90%이상,루계부합솔체93.75%;각주요과실총취진부합솔체90.75%;차취진부합솔수매월문진량적증장야유소제고。결론취진부합솔가작위분시단취진적관리고핵지표,축단취진시간,유효완해간병난문제。
Objective To investigate the application of the full-appointment and time-phased appointment with doctor in nursery triage management.Methods From November 2012 to December 2013, Hangzhou Xixi hospital had carried out the full-appointment and time-phased appointment medical service.The coincidence rate of seeing a doctor in every half hour was considered to be the indicator of the results of management mechanism.Obtained the per-month outpatient attendances and the coincidence rate by HIS software and then calculated the per-month increase rate of outpatient attendances created the line chart.Results During the assessment, the coincidence rate of seeing a doctor at the outpatient mainly was above 90%every month and accumulated to 93.75%.The overall coincidence rate of seeing a doctor at the main outpatient departments reached 90.75%, and also it improved as the outpatient attendances.Conclusions The coincidence rate can be an evaluation indicator in time-phased appointment management system, which helps shorten the waiting time and relieve the patients′difficulty in seeing doctors.
