装修涂料中的铅元素是室内环境污染的重要因素之一。石墨炉原子吸收法主要用于测定痕量金属元素,在性能上比其他方法好,并且适用于少量样品的分析和固体样品直接分析,采用该法测定了5种常用建筑涂料原料中铅元素的含量,标准曲线线性范围在0~50μg/L,相关系数r=0.999059,测试结果显示,5种涂料的吸光度为0.017~0.067,铅质量分数均低于90 mg/kg,符合国家建筑材料环保要求。

Lead elements in decorating coating is one of the important factors of indoor environment pollution .The lead content of the several architectural coating material was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry which is mainly used for the determination of trace metal elements , and suitable for a small amount or of sample and solid sample analysis , better than other methods on the performance .While the standard curve linear range from 0 to 50 μg/L, the correlation coefficient r=0.999 059.The test results showed that the absorbance of five kinds of coating was 0.017~0.067, lead levels were less than 90 mg/kg, and all the measured materials are accord with national requirements of environmental protection building materials .
