火焰原子吸收光谱法具有较高的灵敏度,相对费用较低,易实现在线分析等优点。采用火焰原子吸收法测定若干建筑涂料中铁元素的含量,标准曲线线性范围在0~40 mg/L,相关系数r=0.9957,试样经炭化,灰化,酸溶解,过滤后,就可以上机测定,方法快速简便。测定结果显示,涂料颜色越深,含铁杂质含量越高,9种涂料的吸光度为0.039~0.158,铁质量分数均低于90 mg/kg,符合国家建筑材料环保要求。

The iron content of the several architectural coating material was measured by the method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry which has the advantage of high sensitivity , relatively low cost , easy to implement online analysis , etc.While the standard curve linear range from 0 to 40 mg/L, the correlation coefficient r=0.995 7 .The sample was measured by the machine after carbonizing , ashing , acid dissolving , and filtrating .This method is quick and easy , and with a good measurement results .It is revealed that the deeper the color coating , the iron impurity content is higher .The test results showed that the absorbance of nine kinds of coating was 0.039~0.158, iron levels were less than 90 mg/kg, all the measured materials are accord with national requirements of environmental protection building materials.
