为了在桥梁健康监测中准确获得结构变形,对基于分布式长标距光纤光栅(FBG )传感技术进行研究。该方法对FBG传感器进行二次开发,增长其测量标距,采用耐久、力学性能良好的封装材料对其进行封装;根据共轭梁法原理,利用FBG测量到的应变分布计算结构变形。在试验用混凝土“T”梁上安装标距长度为50 cm的长标距 FBG分布式传感器,并同时安装百分表实测挠度,两者测量结果表明:分布式长标距FBG传感技术可有效监测结构的受力和变形,与百分表所测到的挠度值误差在5%之内。

In order to obtain accurate information of the structural deformation in bridge health monitoring ,the study was carried out based on the distributed long‐gauge fiber Bragg grating sen‐sor (FBG) technique .The method is a secondary development of FBG sensors ,which extends the measuring gauge and adopts the packaging materials with sound durability and mechanical behavior to pack the sensors .According to the principle of conjugate beam method ,the stress distribution measured by FBG was used to calculate the deformation of the structure .On the tested concrete T beam ,the long‐gauge FBG with a gauge length of 50 cm was installed ,and the dial indicators were installed to measure deflection .The results obtained by the two methods indicate that the distribu‐ted long‐gauge FBG sensor is able to effectively monitor the load bearing condition and deformation of the structure ,compared with the deflection measured by dial indicators ,the error is less than 5% .
