西安国际港务区港务西路立交桥总长1076.83 m ,横跨绕城高速公路部分桥段采用单箱四室等高简支钢箱梁,分东、西2幅,跨长50 m ,钢箱梁重达816.2 t。针对施工现场交通环境复杂、施工场地狭小、钢箱梁重量大、立交桥跨度大等难点,钢箱梁采用分块加工、运输、吊装和安装的施工工艺施工,并对交通进行导改。单幅单跨钢箱梁划分8个吊装单元块,最大吊装重量65.6 t ,单元块加工成型后在工厂内进行试拼装,试拼装精度满足要求后采用平板车运输至现场,采用1台400 t和1台110 t汽车吊按先支座处后中间的顺序吊装(先吊装西半幅,再吊装东半幅),在7号墩和8号墩处的支撑体系采用钢管格构柱形式,在绕城高速上的支撑体系采用满堂支架形式。实践表明,钢箱梁分块吊装和安装的施工工艺确保了施工过程的安全性,提高了匹配精度和成桥线形质量。

The interchange on the West Gangwu Road in Xi′an International Harbor Area has a total length of 1 076 .83 m .The part of the interchange crossing the city beltway adopts the four‐cell single box simply‐supported steel box girder with constant height and has separated east and west decks with span length of 50 m ,and the steel box girder weighs up to 816 .2 t .Considering the special conditions at the bridge site ,such as the compiex traffic condition ,the restricted space of the construction site ,the hefty steel box girder and the long interchange spans ,the steel box girder was constructed by the technique of fabricating , transporting , lifting and installing in blocks ,and the traffic was controlled and diverted .The steel box girder in each span of each deck is divided into 8 lifting and installing unit blocks and the maximum lifting weight is about 65 .6 t . The unit blocks were assembled on a trial basis in the workshop after taking shape .After the trial assembling precision meets the requirements ,the unit blocks were transported to the bridge site by flatbed trucks .A 400 t and an 110 t truck cranes were used to hoist and install the box girder blocks from the bearings towards the midspan(the west deck first) .The supporting systems at the pier No .7 and pier No .8 adopt the type of steel pipe latticed columns ,w hereas the supporting sys‐tem standing on the city beltway adopts the type of full scaffold .The engineering practice proves that the construction technique of hoisting and installing the steel box girder block by block en‐sures the safety of the construction process and improves the matching precision and the quality of the geometrical shape of the completed bridge .
