目的：探讨心理支持治疗对脑卒中后抑郁症（PSD ）患者及照顾者心理及生理状况的作用。方法选取住院PSD患者60例，照顾者60例，随机分为心理支持治疗组60例（患者30例，照顾者30例）和对照组60例（患者30例，照顾者30例）。支持治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予心理支持，对照组仅采用常规治疗。采用HAMD、SAS、SDS、ADL指数、SSS等评估标准分别于支持治疗前、后对患者及其照顾者进行疗效评定。结果 PSD患者在支持治疗后的各项评分均明显低于支持治疗前的评分。照顾者的心理状态在支持治疗前后差异有统计学意义。结论心理支持治疗对脑卒中后抑郁症患者及照顾者的心理及生理状况有明显促进作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological support therapy on the psychological and physiological sta‐tus of patients with post‐stroke depression (PSD) and their caregivers.Methods 60 patients with PSD and 60 caregivers were randomly divided into intervention group (including 30 patients and 30 caregivers ,treated with conventional treatment plus psy‐chological support) and control group (including 30 patients and 30 caregivers ,treated with conventional treatment). The cura‐tive effect of two groups was evaluated by HAMD ,SAS ,SDS ,ADL and SSS before and after treatment.Results The above scores of patients with PSD after support therapy were lower than these before support therapy. The psychological status of caregivers after support therapy was better than these before support therapy.Conclusion Psychological intervention can sig‐nificantly improve the depression state and promote the recovery of patients with PSD and their caregivers.
