针对高职院校人才培养目标和教学过程的特点及目前基层教学组织的现状，提出了适应高职教育教学需要，构建教研室、实训室、工作室“三位一体”的微观教学组织。介绍了这种新型教学组织的基本内涵与结构，并以长江职业学院艺术学院人才培养改革实践为例，阐述了这种新型教学组织在实现高职院校人才培养目标，促进高职院校产教融合、工学结合中的作用。

Based on the characteristic of talent cultivation objective and teaching procedure in higher vocational college and current teaching arrangement situation, the paper suggests constructing“trinity”micro teaching arrangement among teaching research ofifce, practicing ofifce and working studio, so as to ift the trend of higher vocational education. It also probes into the necessity and feasibility of the arrangement and introduces the fundamental connotation and structure of the arrangement. Talent cultivation reform in school of art of Changjiang Professional College is taken as an example to explain the function the new teaching arrangement plays in realization of talent cultivation objective of higher vocational college and promotion of fusion of production and education and work-integrated learning.
