针对苏州某生物科技有限公司生产的谷物蛋白废水有机物浓度较高、可生化性能好的特点,选择内循环厌氧反应器(IC)-A/O工艺对其进行处理,经调试运行,出水COD、氨氮、SS达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。该组合工艺运行稳定,自动化程度高,处理效果好,运行费用低。
針對囌州某生物科技有限公司生產的穀物蛋白廢水有機物濃度較高、可生化性能好的特點,選擇內循環厭氧反應器(IC)-A/O工藝對其進行處理,經調試運行,齣水COD、氨氮、SS達到《汙水綜閤排放標準》(GB 8978—1996)一級標準。該組閤工藝運行穩定,自動化程度高,處理效果好,運行費用低。

According to the characteristic analysis on the wastewater from Suzhou Biotechnology Co. ,Ltd. as high organic substance concentration and good biodegradability,the internal circulation anaerobic reactor (IC)+A/O combined process has been used for its treatment. After the system running stably ,the concentrations of COD ,BOD and SS in effluent could reach the first level standard of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978—1996). The combined process has advantages,such as running stability,high degree of automation,good treatment effect,and low operating cost.
