近年来，由于我国的高等教育体制改革的不断深入以及高校不断扩招，我国的高等教育也进入到一个大众化发展的阶段，高校新招人数的不断增加使得每年的高校毕业生人数也在逐年递增，直接使得我国每年的新增劳动力在不断增加，据不完全统计，我国平均每年新增劳动力1000万人，而每年岗位缺口约在800万以上，因此严峻的就业形势对于当前的大学生带来了巨大的挑战，大学生“就业难”问题将会长期存在。面对如此严峻的就业形势，当前高校更应该积极做好高校的就业工作，与此同时还应该注重学生的思想教育工作，使得两者有机地结合在一起，从而更好地培养出德才兼备、思想过硬的高素质人才，更好地适应新形势的人才需求。长时间的实践证明，高校的党建工作和就业工作的开展是相互联系、相互促进的，因此对于大学生党建促进高校就业工作的途径进行探讨和分析具有重要的现实意义。

In recent years,due to the continuous deepening of the reform of higher education system in our country and the ex-panding of college enrollment,higher education in China has entered into a popular stage of development.The number of uni-versity newly increasing makes the number of university graduates is increasing year by year,which led to the new labor force in our country every year.According to incomplete statistics,China's annual new labor force is 1 0000000,but the annual post gap is estimated at more than 8000000.So the current severe employment situation for college students has brought enormous chal-lenge,and the employment problems of college students will exist for a long time.Facing such a severe employment situation, the current university should be more actively in the employment.At the same time we should also pay attention to the ideolog-ical education of students,and make the two organic unifies together,so as to cultivate high-quality people with ability,polit-ical integrity and mind excellence.It can adapt to the new situation of talent demand.Practice has proved in a long time,that the Party building work and employment are mutual connected in colleges and universities,which promote each other.So the author discussed the ways of college students'Party building and promoting the employment work in colleges and universities and its great significance.
