随着教育改革的不断深化，高校创新人才培养的体系建设逐渐成为高校建设与发展的主要方向。在经济和社会快速发展的今天，市场对于人才素质的要求逐步提高，对于高校的人才培养工作来说，既有动力，又有压力。同时，在动态竞争环境下，对于高校创新性人才培养的影响因素也在不断改变。本文将动态竞争理论引入高校建设与发展的过程，对高校创新性人才培养体系做了简要的研究与论述。
隨著教育改革的不斷深化，高校創新人纔培養的體繫建設逐漸成為高校建設與髮展的主要方嚮。在經濟和社會快速髮展的今天，市場對于人纔素質的要求逐步提高，對于高校的人纔培養工作來說，既有動力，又有壓力。同時，在動態競爭環境下，對于高校創新性人纔培養的影響因素也在不斷改變。本文將動態競爭理論引入高校建設與髮展的過程，對高校創新性人纔培養體繫做瞭簡要的研究與論述。

With the continuous deepening of education reform,the construction of innovative talents cultivation system has gradually become the main direction of construction and development in higher vocational colleges.Today,with the rapid eco-nomic and social development,talent quality requirements of the market gradually increase,there are both motivation and pres-sure for the work of college talents cultivation.At the same time,the influence factors of university innovative talents training are also in constant change in the dynamic competitive environment.This passage has introduced the dynamic competitive theo-ry into the process of the construction and development and discussed briefly on the cultivation system of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.
