本文结合“立德树人”这一根本目标，结合高职院校当前人才培养方向，通过分析高职院校构建职业素质教育体系的背景，以马克思人本教育理论和人力资源管理中的“冰山理论”为基础，从六个方面提出职业素质教育体系的构建框架。其中“三双一体”的人才培养体系和“1223”职业素质培养体系，是以辽宁建筑职业学院的项目实践为基础创新提出。

On the basis of the theory of Marx humanistic education and"iceberg theory"in human resource management with"strengthening morality education"as the fundamental goal,this passage has analyzed the background to the establishment of vo-cational quality education in higher vocational colleges with the combination of with the current direction of talents training and puts forward the framework for the construction of professional quality education system from six aspects.The "three in one"talent cultivation system and"1 223"professional quality training system are provided innovatively based on the project practice in Liaoning Vocational college of architecture.
