随着手持设备的广泛普及、通信技术的高速发展，社交媒体在突发事件中发挥着重要作用。当突发事件发生时，社交媒体数据不断产生，并携带大量的应急信息，其中包括不同的应急主题、时空分布等信息。本文设计并实现了基于社交媒体的突发事件应急信息系统，重点介绍基于社交媒体的应急信息挖掘技术，以及系统实现的功能。
수착수지설비적엄범보급、통신기술적고속발전，사교매체재돌발사건중발휘착중요작용。당돌발사건발생시，사교매체수거불단산생，병휴대대량적응급신식，기중포괄불동적응급주제、시공분포등신식。본문설계병실현료기우사교매체적돌발사건응급신식계통，중점개소기우사교매체적응급신식알굴기술，이급계통실현적공능。
With the widespread popularity of communications equipment and the rapid development of information technology , social media play a more important role in emergency response .When a sudden event occurs , social media start producing data , which carry amounts of emergency information , including emergency themes , temporal trend and spatial distribution .In order to mine the emer-gency information in social media , this paper has designed and implemented emergency information system in sudden events .Then key technologies about mining of emergency information in social media , as well functions of the system , will be highlighted .
