    The paper discusses the required morality and quality for college librarian. It also analyzes the teachers’ morality and quality of college librarian from three aspects. Firstly, morality represents the soul of college library. Secondly, the preliminary requirement for the librarian is to serve teaching and scientiifc research. Thirdly, the era of big data calls for new requirements for the college librarian morality.
