现阶段，随着信息技术的不断发展和学生管理要求的不断提高，高校档案管理的模式和方法都已经不能满足时代的需要。长期以来，国内各大高校的学生信息档案管理工作都显现出重视程度不高、管理模式落后的缺陷，包括信息化实现程度不高、信息收取更新速度滞后等问题。从社会科学技术发展的趋势来看，实现高校学生档案管理的信息资源共享是实现有效管理的必要途径。
현계단，수착신식기술적불단발전화학생관리요구적불단제고，고교당안관리적모식화방법도이경불능만족시대적수요。장기이래，국내각대고교적학생신식당안관리공작도현현출중시정도불고、관리모식락후적결함，포괄신식화실현정도불고、신식수취경신속도체후등문제。종사회과학기술발전적추세래간，실현고교학생당안관리적신식자원공향시실현유효관리적필요도경。
Currently, with the development of information technology and the higher demands of the student management, models and methods of archives management in colleges and universities have been insufifcient to meet the demands of the new age. For a long time, many problem exist in college student information records management, such as insufifcient attention, deifciencies in management model which include low performance of informationization and slow information updating. As social development trends of science and technology , information resources sharing of college students ' archive management is a necessary method to achieve effective management.
