生态旅游法律制度，作为环境资源法律制度的重要组成部分，是对我国环境资源法律制度的进一步发展、完善。以往，我们称与之有关的法律为环境法；现在我们称之为环境与自然资源法。从学科称谓的变化中我们可以看出，生态旅游法律制度对整体法律体制的意义。基于此，本文就国内外生态旅游法制进行比较。

ecological tourism legal system,as an important part of environmental resource law system,is the further develop-ment of environmental resources legal system in china.In the past,we call the related laws as environmental law;now we call them environmental and natural resources law.From the change of subject title,we can see the significance of ecological tourism legal system in the whole legal system.Based on this,this paper compares the domestic and foreign legal system of eco-logical tourism.
