近年来，随着企业勘测业务量的不断扩大，要实现勘测工程项目的顺利实施，必须对整个工程项目及项目实施过程的各个环节实施有效的合同管理[1]。勘测工程合同管理系统作为工程项目管理的一个重要组成部分，它必须融合于整个工程项目的管理中。本文分析了勘测合同管理系统的研究背景及我院的管理流程，以系统的需求分析为依据，采用C／S技术架构，实现了勘测工程日常合同管理功能。该系统在我院运行良好，具有一定的示范作用和推广价值。

In recent years , along with the sustainable expanding of business , in order to achieve the smooth implementation of Investi-gation and Surveying projects , the department must take effective managements in each link of the whole process of project [1] .As an important part of project management , Investigation and Surveying Contract Management System ( ISCMS) must be the integration of the whole project management .This paper analyzes the background of ISCMS and management processes in our unit , bases on the a-nalysis of the system , uses the C/S technology architecture , implements daily contract management function .The system in our unit well run, has certain demonstration and popularization value .
