随着我国社会政治经济的快速发展，人们的生活也发生着日新月异的变化。但作为弱势群体的农村，并未享受到与之对等的发展利益，因此越来越多的青壮年农民走入城市，随之也出现一个特殊的未成年人群体———农村留守儿童。这是一个在特定时间特定区域的一个特定的群体概念。由于农村留守儿童从小远离父母，在学习和生活中缺乏儿童应有的关爱和引导，其教育管理问题已经成为社会的一个突出问题。孩子是未来的建设者和接班人，是我们国家繁荣昌盛的基石，本文主要从媒介技术层面，深入剖析在信息化时代的大背景下，其对留守儿童的冲击，进而总结出其中存在的问题，并针对性地提出一些建议和对策，从而加强全社会对留守儿童问题的更深层次的关注。

With the rapid development of politics and economy in China,people's lives are undergoing rapid change.But as vulnerable groups in rural areas,people did not enjoy the benefits of development,so more and more young farmers go into cit-ies.And a special group of minors -rural children left behind come out.This is a particular group of a particular region in a particular time.Because little children are left behind in rural areas far away from their parents,they are lack of proper care and guide in learning and life,and their education and management has become a prominent social problems.Children,the fu-ture builders and successors,are the cornerstone of the prosperity of our country.This paper from the technical aspects of the media,mainly analyzes its impact on children left behind in the information age,and then summed up the problems,put for-ward some suggestions and measures to strengthen the whole society on the issue of children left behind.
