实践育人是大学教育的重要手段，是高等院校教育系统不可或缺的有机组成部分，是传承中华民族优秀传统美德的关键举措。当前大学生参与志愿活动的人数与日俱增，如何采取有效激励机制与鼓励措施是提高志愿者参与热情与主动性的首先问题，以此，在现阶段必须始终坚定不移地推进志愿者组织工作具体对策与方针的改革与创新，增加各项志愿活动对志愿者的吸引力，既能够进一步帮助志愿者实现自身价值与收获参与志愿服务的乐趣，同时为和谐社会的构建奠定坚实的基础。

Practice education is an important means of university education and an integral part of higher education system.It is very important to inherit Chinese traditional virtues.Currently,the number of university students'volunteers is increasing day af-ter day.The problem is how to take effective incentive mechanism and encouragement measures to improve participation enthu-siasm and initiative of volunteers.Therefore,at present,we must put forward reform and innovation in specific countermeasures and policy of volunteer organizations,and increase the attraction of volunteer activities for volunteers.It's helpful not only for volunteers to achieve their own value and enjoy in activities,but also to lay a strong foundation for harmonious society.
