高校学生希望受教育权得到充分保障；另一方面为维持内部秩序，高校依法行使公共管理职能。当学生因严重违反学校纪律，关系到受教育权是否能继续享有时，难免会引起高校与学生的争议，甚至学生与高校之间发生诉讼。因此，对高校学生受教育权的救济机制予以完善，是亟待解决的课题。
高校學生希望受教育權得到充分保障；另一方麵為維持內部秩序，高校依法行使公共管理職能。噹學生因嚴重違反學校紀律，關繫到受教育權是否能繼續享有時，難免會引起高校與學生的爭議，甚至學生與高校之間髮生訴訟。因此，對高校學生受教育權的救濟機製予以完善，是亟待解決的課題。
고교학생희망수교육권득도충분보장；령일방면위유지내부질서，고교의법행사공공관리직능。당학생인엄중위반학교기률，관계도수교육권시부능계속향유시，난면회인기고교여학생적쟁의，심지학생여고교지간발생소송。인차，대고교학생수교육권적구제궤제여이완선，시극대해결적과제。
The students want their rights to receive education can be fully guaranteed in higher vocational colleges.On the oth-er hand,the universities must perform some public management functions to maintain the internal order.The students face the seriously violate the college disciplines in terms of whether they can continue to enjoy the right to receive higher education,the conflicts can be occurred between universities and students inevitably,even in litigation between students and colleges.There-fore,it is an urgent subject to be solved for the perfected measures of the relief mechanism for the university students'right to receive education.
