词汇是外语学习的关键，同时也是许多外语学习者的主要障碍。但是，词汇教与学的现状却不尽如人意。因此，如何克服学生的词汇学习困难，提高教师的词汇教学水平便成了大学英语教学的一个重要研究课题。通过结合自己多年的教学经验，分析词汇教学在英语教学中的现状，并提出一些相应的方法及措施，以达到提高师生注重词汇教与学的意识，激发学生词汇学习的兴趣，形成良性循环的目的。

Vocabulary is the key to learn a foreign language.It is also as the main obstacle for foreign language learners.How-ever,the situation of vocabulary teaching and learning is not good.Therefore,how to overcome difficulties of students'vocabu-lary learning,and improve teachers'level of vocabulary teaching has become an important research subject in university English teaching.The author analyzes the current situation of vocabulary teaching in English teaching by combining many years of teaching experience and puts forward Some corresponding methods and measures to improve the awareness of teachers and students in vocabulary teaching and learning.Students'interest will be stimulated in vocabulary learning to reach the purpose of virtuous circle.
