目的：优选鸡树条芙蒾果实中有效成分绿原酸的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用Box-Behnken的实验设计，利用响应面法对荚蒾果中绿原酸的水提工艺进行优化，以绿原酸的含量为考察指标，采用紫外分光光度法进行测定。结果：最佳提取工艺为以14倍量的水提取2次，每次70分钟。结论：该工艺方法对有效成分提取率较高，合理，可行，为荚蒾果绿原酸的工业化生产提供一定的理论依据。
目的：優選鷄樹條芙蒾果實中有效成分綠原痠的最佳提取工藝。方法：採用Box-Behnken的實驗設計，利用響應麵法對莢蒾果中綠原痠的水提工藝進行優化，以綠原痠的含量為攷察指標，採用紫外分光光度法進行測定。結果：最佳提取工藝為以14倍量的水提取2次，每次70分鐘。結論：該工藝方法對有效成分提取率較高，閤理，可行，為莢蒾果綠原痠的工業化生產提供一定的理論依據。
목적：우선계수조부미과실중유효성분록원산적최가제취공예。방법：채용Box-Behnken적실험설계，이용향응면법대협미과중록원산적수제공예진행우화，이록원산적함량위고찰지표，채용자외분광광도법진행측정。결과：최가제취공예위이14배량적수제취2차，매차70분종。결론：해공예방법대유효성분제취솔교고，합리，가행，위협미과록원산적공업화생산제공일정적이론의거。
Objective: To optimize the extraction condition of chlorogenic acid in Viburnum sargenti Koehne .Methods: The condition for the extraction technique of chlorogenic acid in by response surface method was optimized based on the single factor tests, with the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid as the response value.Results: The optimal extraction process was as follows:extraction time 70 min,ratio of solid to liquid 1:14 and two time of extraction .Conclusion:The study provides a theoretical basis for the industri-alized production of chlorogenic acid in Viburnum sargenti Koehne.
