目的:研究建立真武汤颗粒剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对茯苓、生姜、白芍、白术四味药材进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对白芍的有效成分芍药苷进行含量测定,并进行方法学考察。结果:四味中药的薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,分离较好,阴性对照无干扰。HPLC测定结果显示,芍药苷的平均加样回收率为100.19(RSD=2.11%),重复性RSD为2.27%,精密度RSD为1.63%,稳定性RSD为1.79%。结论:所建立的方法简便准确,分离度高,专属性强,重现性好,可有效控制真武汤颗粒剂的质量,建立了可行有效的本制剂质量控制体系。

목적:연구건립진무탕과립제적질량표준。방법:채용박층색보법대복령、생강、백작、백술사미약재진행정성감별;채용HPLC법대백작적유효성분작약감진행함량측정,병진행방법학고찰。결과:사미중약적박층색보감별반점청석,분리교호,음성대조무간우。HPLC측정결과현시,작약감적평균가양회수솔위100.19(RSD=2.11%),중복성RSD위2.27%,정밀도RSD위1.63%,은정성RSD위1.79%。결론:소건립적방법간편준학,분리도고,전속성강,중현성호,가유효공제진무탕과립제적질량,건립료가행유효적본제제질량공제체계。
Objective: To study the qualitative and quantitative methods of granules of Zhenwu decoction. Methods: Poria co?cos、ginger、Radix paeoniae alba and Large-headed atractylodes in granules of Zhenwu decoction were identified with the method of TLC.Paeoniflorin which is the main composition of Radix paeoniae alba were determined with the method of the methodology of HPLC. Results: ForTLC,the spots of the Four taste traditional Chinese medicine were well separated and without interference.Quantitative analysis of HPLC showed that the average recovery of paeoniflorin was 100.19%(RSD2.11%)with the RSD values of precision,repeat-ability and stability tests were 1.63%,2.27%and 1.79%,respectively. Conclusions: The methods set up by this study are accurate and easy to perform with the merits of good resolution,specificity and reproducibility.It could effectively control the quality of granules of Zhenwu decoction and establish a feasible and effective quality control system of this preparation.
