目的:研究医生预估中毒药物的准确性对患者住院时间的影响。方法:收集2008年1月至2011年11月收入我校附属医院的393例急性中毒患者的血液标本,通过GC/MS定性检测,确定药物中毒种类,查阅病历中医生预估中毒药物种类,对比实验室检测结果与医生预估药物种类的区别,分析其对住院时间的影响。结果:393例病例中,男性与女性的比值为1:3,患者的平均年龄为34.4岁,平均住院时间(LOS)3.6日。临床医生预估种类与实验室分析结果完全一致的比例为10%,完全不一致的比例为24%,两组住院时间没有统计学差异,医生预估完全准确组的痊愈率为84.6%。结论:本研究显示医生预估的患者中毒药物种类与实验室检测结果存在显著差异,开展中毒药物检测是必须的。

Objective: To evaluate the impact of accuracy of doctors’estimating poisoning drug on patients hospitalized time. Methods: 393 cases of acute drug poisoning cases in the university affiliated hospital between January 2008 and December 2011 was collected, We identified the toxic agents by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and found the discrepancy be-tween assessment of toxic agents and drug analysis results, evaluated the impact for hospitalized time. Results: Of all the cases, male/female was 1:3, the mean age of patients was 34.4 and mean length of stay (LOS) was 3.6 days. The clinical assessment results and lab-oratory analytic results showed total coincidence was 10% and total incompatibility was 24%, there were no significant statistical dif-ferences between the total coincidence group and total incompatibility group for the length of hospital stay, the total coincidence group’ s recovery rate was 84.6%. Conclusion: This study suggested that the discrepancy between assessment of toxic agents and drug analy-sis was tremendous, it is necessary to carry out the poisoning drug detection.
