肺动脉高压(PAH)是由不同致病机制导致的、以肺循环压力和肺血管阻力升高为主要特点,主要病理表现是血管收缩、血管重构和原位血栓的形成,最终导致右心负荷增大或心功能不全、肺血流量明显减少,严重影响患者生活质量和预后效果。近年来,PAH的研究在包括分类、致病机制、诊断和治疗等方面均有重大突破。为临床指导治疗肺动脉高压奠定了坚实的基础。
