植物单宁是植物体内的复杂酚类次生代谢产物，它在自然界中广泛存在，具有多种结构和独特的功能活性。目前对植物单宁的应用非常广泛，现已应用于医药、食品、化妆品、造纸、冶金、水处理等多学科领域，并且得到了许多学者的关注。本文对植物单宁近几年来的研究与应用进展给予综述和评述，为研究新的活性成分和高效的利用资源提供依据。

Vegetable tannin in plants is a complex phenolic secondary metabolites, it widely exists in nature, with a variety of unique structure and functional activity. The application of vegetable tannins is very extensive, it has been used in medical, food, cos-metics, paper making, metallurgy, water treatment and other fields, and attracted the attention of many scholars. In this paper, the re-search and application progress of vegetable tannins were presented in recent years, and gives the corresponding evaluation, in order to study the new active ingredient and efficient use of resources provide reference.
