建国以来，我国在人民币汇率制度的构建与完善方面取得了一系列的成绩。但同时，随着经济的发展、国际储备体系的完善，我国在汇率制度上仍存在诸如：外汇供需不对称、外汇市场机制不健全及汇率缺乏弹性等一系列问题。通过分析，本文提出改革管理体制、健全外汇市场、增强人民币汇率弹性、推进利率市场化改革等四项具体改进措施。

In recent years , with China ’ s economic development and improvement of international status , the RMB exchange rate issue is increasingly and becomes one of the major issues of concern domestic and overseas .In fact, the improvement of RMB exchange rate system had made a series of achievements ,but at the same time ,along with the development of economic and the completeness of the international reserve system ,a series of problems still exist in the exchange rate system in China ,such as the asymmetry in supply and demand of foreign currency ,the defect in foreign exchange market mechanism and lack of flexibility in exchange rate ,and so on.For this purpose,we should take some steps immediately to perfect foreign exchange market;implement the market -oriented reform of the RMB exchange rate ,and achieve the development of internationalization of the RMB .
