目的：探讨手足口病致迟缓性麻痹合并中枢神经系统感染患儿的肌电图特点。方法对75例手足口病致迟缓性麻痹患儿按是否合并中枢神经系统感染分为2组，即感染组45例和未感染组30例。结果感染组肌电图异常44例，异常率98％；未感染组肌电图异常18例，异常率60％。结论手足口病致迟缓性麻痹患儿合并有中枢系统感染者肌电图异常率明显高于未合并感染者。
목적：탐토수족구병치지완성마비합병중추신경계통감염환인적기전도특점。방법대75례수족구병치지완성마비환인안시부합병중추신경계통감염분위2조，즉감염조45례화미감염조30례。결과감염조기전도이상44례，이상솔98％；미감염조기전도이상18례，이상솔60％。결론수족구병치지완성마비환인합병유중추계통감염자기전도이상솔명현고우미합병감염자。
Objective To investigate the electromyogram characteristics of children with central nervous system infection combined with flaccid paralysis caused by hand‐foot‐mouth disease.Methods Totaily 75 children with flaccid paralysis caused by hand‐foot‐mouth disease were divided into infected group (n=45) and uninfected group (n=30) according to whether com‐plicated with central nervous system infection.Results The abnormal rate was 98% in infected group (n=44) and 60% (n=18) in uninfected group.Conclusion The abnormal rate of children with central nervous system infection combined with flaccid paralysis caused by hand‐foot‐mouth disease is higher than that of uninfected children.
