目的：观察吞咽康复训练治疗脑卒中后隐性误吸的疗效，以期减少卒中后肺炎发生率。方法将168例有隐形误吸的脑卒中病人随机分为2组，吞咽康复训练组108例，一般治疗组60例。对2组患者统计住院治疗2周时隐性误吸治疗有效率及PS P的发生率及治疗后1个月、2个月隐性误吸治疗有效率及PS P的新发生率。结果隐性误吸治疗的有效率，吞咽康复训练组治疗2周、1个月、2个月均显著高于一般治疗组（ P＜0.05）；PS P发生率，吞咽康复治疗组治疗2周、1个月、2个月低于一般治疗组（ P＜0.01）。结论通过吞咽康复训练治疗能有效治疗卒中后隐性误吸，同时也可减少卒中后肺炎发生率。
목적：관찰탄인강복훈련치료뇌졸중후은성오흡적료효，이기감소졸중후폐염발생솔。방법장168례유은형오흡적뇌졸중병인수궤분위2조，탄인강복훈련조108례，일반치료조60례。대2조환자통계주원치료2주시은성오흡치료유효솔급PS P적발생솔급치료후1개월、2개월은성오흡치료유효솔급PS P적신발생솔。결과은성오흡치료적유효솔，탄인강복훈련조치료2주、1개월、2개월균현저고우일반치료조（ P＜0.05）；PS P발생솔，탄인강복치료조치료2주、1개월、2개월저우일반치료조（ P＜0.01）。결론통과탄인강복훈련치료능유효치료졸중후은성오흡，동시야가감소졸중후폐염발생솔。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of swallowing rehabilitation training on treating the recessive aspi‐ration after stroke.Methods Totally 168 stroke patients with recessive aspiration were randomly divided into swallowing reha‐bilitation training group (n=108) and general treatment group (n=60).The recessive aspiration efficiency and PSP incidence of two groups at 2 weeks ,1month and 2 months after treatment were compared.Results The recessive aspiration efficiency of swallowing rehabilitation training group was higher than that of general treatment group ,and the PSP incidence of swallowing rehabilitation training group was lower than that of general treatment group.Conclusion Swallowing rehabilitation training can effectively treat the recessive aspiration after stroke and reduce the incidence of pneumonia after stroke.
