目的：系统评价复方丹参滴丸治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法全面检索已发表的复方丹参滴丸治疗脑梗死临床的相关文献，采用Revman5.0软件对其统计分析。结果1142例病人复方丹参滴丸治疗脑梗死有效率的合并检验分析 Z＝9.68，P＜0.00001，OR值为6.23，95％的可信区间为4.30～9.02。结论复方丹参滴丸治疗脑梗死有较好的疗效。
目的：繫統評價複方丹參滴汍治療腦梗死的療效。方法全麵檢索已髮錶的複方丹參滴汍治療腦梗死臨床的相關文獻，採用Revman5.0軟件對其統計分析。結果1142例病人複方丹參滴汍治療腦梗死有效率的閤併檢驗分析 Z＝9.68，P＜0.00001，OR值為6.23，95％的可信區間為4.30～9.02。結論複方丹參滴汍治療腦梗死有較好的療效。
목적：계통평개복방단삼적환치료뇌경사적료효。방법전면검색이발표적복방단삼적환치료뇌경사림상적상관문헌，채용Revman5.0연건대기통계분석。결과1142례병인복방단삼적환치료뇌경사유효솔적합병검험분석 Z＝9.68，P＜0.00001，OR치위6.23，95％적가신구간위4.30～9.02。결론복방단삼적환치료뇌경사유교호적료효。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of compound danshen dripping pills o treating patients with cere‐bral infarction. Methods The published pertinent literatures of compound danshen dripping pills on treating patients with cere‐bral infarction were analyzed by Revman 5.0 statistical software. Results The efficient results of 1142 patients with cerebral infarction treated with compound danshen dripping pill were:Z= 9.68 ,P< 0.00001 ,OR = 6.23 ,95% confidence interval from 4.30 to 9.02. Conclusion compound danshen dripping pill has a good effect on treating patients with cerebral infarction.
