目的：观察食管癌术后喉返神经损伤患者预见性护理干预后的并发症发生情况，探讨其护理效果。方法选择2012‐02—2014‐02食管癌术后发生喉返神经损伤的35例患者为观察组，选择2010‐01—2012‐01食管癌术后发生喉返神经损伤的36例为对照组。对照组采用胸外科护理常规方案，观察组则在常规护理基础上，采取对食管癌术后喉返神经损伤并发症预见性护理，对围手术期进行管理。结果观察组肺炎、窒息发生率均较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论食管癌术后喉返神经损伤患者经预见性护理，可降低食管癌术后喉返神经损伤患者肺炎、窒息并发症，使患者安全渡过围手术期。
목적：관찰식관암술후후반신경손상환자예견성호리간예후적병발증발생정황，탐토기호리효과。방법선택2012‐02—2014‐02식관암술후발생후반신경손상적35례환자위관찰조，선택2010‐01—2012‐01식관암술후발생후반신경손상적36례위대조조。대조조채용흉외과호리상규방안，관찰조칙재상규호리기출상，채취대식관암술후후반신경손상병발증예견성호리，대위수술기진행관리。결과관찰조폐염、질식발생솔균교대조조저，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론식관암술후후반신경손상환자경예견성호리，가강저식관암술후후반신경손상환자폐염、질식병발증，사환자안전도과위수술기。
Objective To investigate the role of predictive nursing in esophageal cancer patients with recurrent laryngeal nerve injury after esophagectomy, and to observe the effect of predictive nursing.Methods 36 esophageal cancer patients with recurrent laryngeal nerve injury after esophagectomy from January 2010 to January 2012 were considered as control group (treated with routine nursing care), and 36 esophageal cancer patients with recurrent laryngeal nerve injury after esophagectomy from February 2012 to February 2014 were considered as observation group (treated with routine nursing care plus predictive nursing).Results The incidence of pneumonia and asphyxia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The predictive nursing can significantly lower the incidence of pneumonia and asphyxia of esophageal cancer patients with recurrent laryngeal nerve injury after esophagectomy, and help these patients to go through perioperative period safely.
